1. Is it safe to place an order?

Shipping & Delivery:

1. When is my order shipped?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working days. If you make an order on a Friday or over the weekend then we will dispatch the product(s) on Monday.

We will also allocate a tracking number to your order within 3 days of your order and you will be automatically be provided with this tracking number via the email you entered when placing the order.

2. What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the USA, international shipping is coming soon..

3. How long are delivery times?

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and packaged as new in the original packaging. To request a return, please contact us and we will guide you through the steps to process your return.

Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 12 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund if required if you cancel your order within 12 hours. However, if 12 hours have passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.
