HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages are shipped from our US distributors via USPS. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We currently only ship to the US. International shipping will be available soon.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Most orders will arrive within  2-3 days. However, shipping time can vary by location. These are our estimates:

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not always available until the final leg of the journey.

• For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
• For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
